Love Living Homes, through the website www.lovelivinghomes.com, provides an online platform for booking short-term apartment rentals located in Bologna. The rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the property owner. The website acts as a technical and administrative intermediary.

2. Booking Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information to make a reservation.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required at the time of booking via the available payment methods on the website.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start date of the stay: full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date of the stay: no refund.

Cancellations must be submitted via email or through the personal area of the website.

5. Booking Changes

Changes to stay dates or the number of guests are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the stay.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to use the property responsibly, follow the house rules, avoid disturbing neighbors, and return the accommodation in the condition it was found. Any damage or violation may result in additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Love Living Homes is not liable for issues caused by the property owner, third parties, or external events such as weather, strikes, or force majeure.

9. Changes to Terms

Love Living Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on www.lovelivinghomes.com.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. In case of dispute, the Court of Bologna shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
